Under no circumstances (except where ordered by a court with an applicable jurisdiction) will Baby Blessings Natural Products divulge any of the information you may have given us when making a purchase.
We take the issue of privacy very seriously and give you our assurance that the information you provide us will be kept secure to the very best of our ability. We will never sell or give away your e-mail address. If you have any questions or concerns over our policies or wish to review the information you have provided us in the past, then please contact us.
If you have made a purchase from us, we may, from time to time, contact you via e-mail. We expect that such contacts will be infrequent, and do give you the ability to opt out of any e-mails from us if you so choose.
Customer Service and Shipping Policies
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express cards via Google Checkout. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders at our discretion. We do not accept international credit cards and we do not accept checks or money orders for online sales.
Changes and cancellations are typically not permitted once an order is placed. If you have questions prior to placing an order, please call us at (866) 574-8816. If you decide that you don't want an item that you ordered, you are always welcome to return or exchange it.
All orders within Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.
Gift Registry & Gift Certificates
We do offer an online Gift Registry and offer gift certificates in increments of $25.
Standard Shipping for US Sales
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. If your order should be back ordered, you will be notified by email. We will provide you with the anticipated date of shipment as well as substitution options for a quicker delivery.
Baby Blessings Natural Products usually ships by USPS or UPS Ground. UPS Ground can take five to eight days in transit, and is typically used for heavy orders. We do not ship internationally except for US military APO/FPO customers which can be shipped by US Priority Mail. Packages shipped via USPS will include a Delivery Confirmation and packages shipped USPS will include a tracking number.

When A Package Is Returned to Sender
Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address or refused will be charged the actual shipping amount, plus any amounts required to reship the package if reshipment occurs.
Unwashed, unused, odor-free items in new condition are returnable within 45 days for actual purchase price minus original shipping costs paid by us (even if original shipping charged to the customer was waived). Original packing of each item must be in new condition as well. Please contact us via e-mail or phone to get an RMA number to send along with your exchange or refund. We do not charge any restocking fees for items in new condition which are in their original packaging. We do charge a 15% restocking fee if the item is in new condition but without original packaging. Please allow two weeks to process. Please include your receipt or a copy of it with your return, and write on it the reason for your refund what you would like us to do, refund or exchange. The receipt must be included, so please contact us if you do not have it available. Not including your receipt may delay your return.
Our manufacturers request that defective items be handled directly though them. Please refer to the list below for contact information.
